Computing (HPC) is one of the services provided by
Administrative and Research Computing Services
(ARC) at South Dakota University. The mission
of Administrative and Research Computing
Services is to
support the instructional, research,
administrative, and outreach functions of South
Dakota State University through management
information services, Internet 1 and Internet 2
resources, large scale computing and data
storage, and technology research.
Mission:
The HPC group is designed to
empower researchers in their ability to compute
and manage data by developing and maintaining
several large scale servers and clusters. The
group provides support and expertise to
researchers using programming, numerical
libraries, statistical packages (SAS), fluid
dynamic software (Fluent, Ansys, Gambit), and
specialized software (Gamess) for computational
chemistry and other disciplines.
Tasks:
The Staff members
